- Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
- Providing clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and ensuring compliance with legal standards and practices.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
- A strong track record of managing a diverse range of family law cases.
- The ability and willingness to work in the Banbury office.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
