Role : Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)/(Apply online only)pm
Salary: Up to £37k
Hawk3 Talent Solutions is seeking a for a motivated leader to oversee our outbound operations and ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all outbound operational processes, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Create an engaged workforce focused on maximizing efficiency.
- Manage daily operations, including picking, marshalling, and housekeeping.
- Analyse and report errors, resolving queries proactively.
- Lead daily team briefs and manage performance to meet targets.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and prioritize Health & Safety.
- Maintain daily records in the Time & Attendance system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and process flows.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with exportation of goods (desirable).
- Ideally a member of the Institute of Logistics & Transport.
- Exceptional people management, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Strong decision-making ability under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem solver with analytical skills.
- Significant experience in a distribution centre environment.
