We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Services Assistant to join our Office Services team in our Banbury office.

Job Role:
  • Representing the firm with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting rooms and times.
  • Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area.
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail
  • Delivering an exceptional service across Banbury offices
  • Assisting with catering/office supplies
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front of House
  • Friendly and charismatic disposition, comfortable engaging and interacting with many people on a daily basis
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Diary Management
  • Proactive and enthusiastic can-do attitude, able to take initiative to represent the firm in a positive light
