We are currently recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our client in the Dispute Resolution team in their Banbury office.

Job Role

This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.

Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:

  • Property Disputes, both residential and Commercial
  • Contentious Probate
  • TOLATA claims
  • Insolvency and Bankruptcy
  • Contract Disputes
  • Professional Negligence
  • Debt Recovery

Knowledge & Skills

  • 3+ years PQE Experience - Essential
  • IT Skills - Essential
