Senior Staff Nurse - Wards Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary: £36,140 - £39,000 Annually We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Staff Nurse to join our vibrant Ward Team at a renowned hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. What you will do:

• Deliver outstanding clinical care with a focus on maintaining patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

• Handle the dynamic pace of the ward, bringing your expertise to manage patient care effectively under pressure.
• Utilize your excellent communication and IT skills, adapting to the changing needs of the ward.

What you will bring with you:

• A registered nursing qualification recognised in the UK.
• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse in a ward setting.
•  Strong team player skills with the ability to work independently when required.
• A proactive approach to developing your skills and improving service delivery.
• Previous experience in private healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
