As Office Manager, you will become an integral part of a highly successful and innovative company renowned for its passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in organising events ranging from weddings and private parties to corporate events and a pop-up restaurant. Based in a beautiful rural, luxury high-end location just outside Banbury the role is permanent, full-time, with a salary of between £30,000 to £35,000. Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for all the administration function of the office, and business operations with two direct reports. Managing the database and be responsible for routine financial processes.

Key Accountabilities for the Office Manager:

  • Being first point of contact for enquiries, new bookings, existing communications and event planning
  • Overall responsibility for all administration functions across the company
  • Maintain up-to-date office administration, including subscriptions, HR tasks, and employee records
  • Hold client meetings in person and virtually
  • Manage administrative processes with a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent quality of customer care, prioritisation, and time management.
  • Ensure all events admin planned and delivered to company standard
  • Support the sales process by contributing to the creation of menu proposals and ensuring all sales materials are current and accurately priced
  • Ensure all sales collateral is up to date re pricing, content and document presentation
  • Organise client tasting sessions
  • Updating and maintaining CRM database
  • Manage client finances with diligence, collaborating with the accounts team to adhere to all financial procedures
  • Proficiently use company platforms, including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and industry-specific software
  • Checking all final event paperwork, making adjustments if necessary for all supplies for upcoming events
  • Updating and maintaining company website
  • Participate in customer visits, events, and marketing activities
