Full-time, temporary position based near Banbury, offering the equivalent of up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience.

Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next step? Would you like to work for an internationally-recognised events company, providing outstanding administrative support? Then this could be the role for you! Based near Banbury, the successful applicant will provide administrative assistance to the resource team to support the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the onboarding of new starters; updating information onto portals
  • Scheduling rotas and reconciling shift hours to ensure accurate costings
  • Managing payroll, liaising with both team members and agency to ensure accuracy
  • Processing both new starters and leavers on the company system
  • Updating contract information when required
  • Any additional administrative duties as required

Prospective applicants must have previous administrative experience within a similar-calibre organisation, ideally within HR or recruitment. Applicants must have outstanding attention-to-detail, communication and organisation skills, and thrive working as part of a team.
