The Pension Audit Manager will collaborate closely with clients, committed to providing a specialist pensions service and delivering advisory focused projects. You will plan and lead audit engagements, reviewing files and completing sign-off as well as delivering bespoke technical advice and recommendations.Â
Beyond the day-to-day, the Pension Audit Manager will provide input into the wider growth strategy of the firm and cross-functional teams. You'll shape and drive the next stages of the continuous growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing a portfolio of pension audits, plan and administer audit procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Managing the audit team, ensuring timely completion, monitoring turnaround and completing reviews and sign off on files
- Reviewing financial data, highlighting areas of risk and providing recommendations and guidance to clients
- Support cross-function teams, contributing to the ongoing improvement of audit processes
Requirements:
- A qualified (ACCA or ACA) pensions audit professional, currently at an Executive, Senior, Assistant Manager or Manager level with experience of leading audit engagements
- Technically strong, with full working knowledge or pension regulation and SORP
- A client-focused mindset, that is keen to network and build client relationships
