Do you have some experience of Sales, probably in a lead generation capacity & are looking to take your career further, in the lucrative world of software tech’? Or, potentially, do you have extensive experience in the hospitality or retail industry & are looking for a solid, earning, career growth switch?
If so, we have an excellent position available for you in our sales team, where you can learn & develop your sales career alongside experienced software salespeople.
Role: SDR (Sales Development Rep’) AKA: Inside Sales, Software Sales, Telesales, Lead Generator.
Salary: £35K Basic (£30k - £40K range, DOE) + £10K OTE + Benefits package
Location: Banbury, Oxford. 2 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, etc.
What will my day-to-day look like?
- Managing Inbound Leads
- Outbound sales: Lead generation, prospecting, researching, reaching out & hunting down those opportunities.
- Qualifying: are they ready for a demo by the sales team? Do they need a bit more?
- Making sure all your activity is on the CRM (Salesforce)
- Working with the marketing team to align on outbound sales campaigns.
What will I need to bring?
- 1-3 years in a sales or lead generation role—if you’ve got experience in hospitality, retail, or tech, we definitely want to hear from you too!
- Know what ‘good’ and ‘best’ looks like – we want to learn from you, too.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and always up for a challenge.
- You know your way around a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and love digging into LinkedIn and other sales tools.
