Our client, manufacturer with a pedigree in quality, is seeking a driven and dedicated Process Engineer to join their team. Playing a key role in driving systematic improvements across the business units, you will be adept at establishing best practices and implementing process improvements within a busy production environment.

The Process Engineer Role;

• Driving improvement projects across business and production operations
• Contributing towards continuous improvement and increasing production efficiencies
• Developing, implementing and training best practice and processes within the production team • Management and ownership of technical development projects on new processes, equipment

and products
• Conducting detailed data analysis to influence and identify key areas for improvement
• Creating reports for management and creating/writing new processes and policies in line with

business objectives
• Influencing and working with key stakeholders across the business to drive performance and

continuous improvement
• Ensuring strong adherence to Safety, Health and Environment procedures in all activities
• Liaising with internal departments including Quality, Planning, Production and Customer Service • Improving customer service and quality through stringent implementation and management of

processes and development strategies

The Process Engineer Candidate;

• Experience within Process/Manufacturing Engineering in a busy production environment
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills - able to use data to identify areas for improvement • Demonstrable experience of implementing continuous improvement projects
• Strong IT skills - MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems
• Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
