Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (huge career progression opportunities)
Hours: 38.5 per week (Mon-Thu: 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Fri: 8:30 am-3:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage supplier accounts.
- Process and scan invoices using document management systems.
- Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Arrange invoice approvals and process both sterling and foreign payments.
- Assist with customer debt collection and provide administrative support.
- Generate reports and analysis on overdue creditors, payment patterns, and more.
- Handle supplier queries professionally via phone and email.
What We're Looking For
- Confidence and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- 1-2 years purchase ledger administration experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
