Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Deddington, OX15
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a friendly, market leading independent property services company in the Deddington area.
The role in question would suit a candidate who can sell and who closes deals well while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Estate Agency and be animated, ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain business relationships with the clients.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency and Lettings) role will include:Â
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Deddington area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
