Job Description:Your main responsibilities will be:

Developing client and candidate relationships.
Assisting in the creation and posting of job advertisements.
Conducting candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
Building and maintaining candidate pools through our CRM and ATS.
Researching market trends, industry sectors, and competitor activity to identify recruitment opportunities.
Assisting with the onboarding process of successful candidates, ensuring communication between clients and candidates.
Maintaining regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their job applications and opportunities.
Working with colleagues to identify prospective clients and develop business relationships.
Attending industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote the recruitment agency and build professional connections.

Requirements:

Recent graduate with a strong academic performance.
Passion for people and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Previous experience working in a face to face customer service role.
