We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team of 5 engineers in this department.

All of our current team have excellent longevity behind them with the shortest service in our team being 9 years. As a business we have achieved in excess of £30bn in turnover over the last year with a substantial order book going into 2025.

Your main role and responsibilities would be to perform planned and reactive maintenance across our automated paint lines. The majority of the work will be mechanical however there will also be an element of electrical work. Day to day you’ll be responsible for up to 10 spray robots, fluid delivery systems, applicators, maintenance on motors, belts.

Opportunities to progress into more senior positions are available for the right candidate, we have several team leaders and managers that have progressed through the company from apprentices and roles on the tools.

Experience Required
 

  • Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in some form of maintenance discipline (NVQ, City and Guilds, Indentured App, HNC/D)
  • Prior experience on paint line maintenance and/or robotics maintenance is highly beneficial
