ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - UP TO £17/HR - ASAP START DATE - BANBURY - ONSITE

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic business in Banbury that are looking for a full-time Accounts Assistant to join the team ASAP until January 2025 (with the potential for temp to perm).

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing documents in the relevant online folder.
  • Updating spreadsheets to record invoice/payment information.
  • Inputting and processing purchases into our Sage based finance system.
  • Inputting and processing expenses into Concur.
  • Assist in the preparation of foreign VAT recovery.
  • Reviewing accounts payables and freelancer invoice batches on the accounting system.
  • Supporting the purchase ledger function when required.
  • Other ad hoc duties when needed to support the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be available to start this week!
  • Concur and Sage experience ideal.
  • Flexibility - being able to handle ad hoc tasks and work with different individuals easily.
  • Invoice processing experience.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
