Reed Accountancy is on the lookout for a reliable and accurate Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our Banbury-based client's business.
This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for stability, with the potential to quickly become a permanent position for the right candidate. It will suit someone looking to build on their accounts office experience, or alternatively looking for a stable job for the longer term.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Finance Manager and integrate into a welcoming and collaborative small team environment.
The ideal candidate should be readily available and ideally able to commence work within a week.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring the email inbox; dealing with queries or directing it to the appropriate person for action
- Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
The position is full-time, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and comes with the added benefits of free car parking and competitive pay rates.
