The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee a number of large teams and ensure all Health & Safety, KPIs, HR and quality standards are being met. The successful candidate will be provided the necessary support to get up to speed and have the opportunity to make a real difference longer term.

The ideal candidate will be someone with management experience, overseen mobile engineers and knowledge of H&S standards.

*Field Service Manager
*Managing multiple teams across customer sites
*Ensuring H&S, KPIs, HR and Quality standards are being met
*Overseeing multiple sites across the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire area

*Field Service Manager
*Experience managing within the engineering/ technical sector
*Experience managing teams for H&S, HR, Quality activities
*Ideally, holding H&S qualifications (for example IOSH)
*Prepared to be field based, covering multiple sites
