Hours: 40 hours per week - Days

Salary - Up to £13.50 per hour

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire OX15 6EH

We are proud to be working with one of the biggest independent care providers in the UK. They are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Head of Housekeeping to join their esteemed care home in Banbury, Oxfordshire

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Head of Housekeeping, you will help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, youll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. The Head of Housekeeping role demands excellent attention to detail, but well also rely on you to motivate everyone in your team to be at their best. Put simply, youll help to make your care home a shining example of a high-quality care environment.

As part of your wide range of responsibilities, youll support and mentor your team to make sure they have the clinical training they need to deliver the highest standards of nursing. As a Senior Nurse (General), youll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

You will need:

• Housekeeping experience
• Proven experience leading a team
• Excellent communication skills
