Mental Health Support - Banbury

The school looking to hire a Mental Health Support Assistant are based in Banbury and cater for students between the ages of 2 and 19. This is an opportunity to work with students of all ages and all walks of life!

They support students who struggle with learning difficulties, as well as complex needs. They need support to access their education in ways that works for them.

They are looking for someone to come in and support them in the classroom, with their education and ensure that they are making good use of their therapeutic interventions and practices that are accessible to them.

Each of the children have specific plans and interventions in place to support their emotions and well-being, while also ensuring that they are coping with their education.

The school looking for a One to One Support Assistant, want an individual who is passionate about supporting learning difficulties and mental health needs. They want someone to come in build positive relationships with the students, which will in turn allow for a safe and engaging environment where learning will flow.
