Senior Procurement & Properties Manager – Hybrid Remote (Banbury) - £65-75K + Car Allowance + Bonus & Benefits

But what does that actually mean? It means that influencing people to work with Procurement comes easy to you, but you also enjoy it. You’ll have a real presence across our businesses and an opportunity to work with and drive positive Procurement impact to stakeholders at all levels.
Procurement Lead. How does that sound? How about this: you will own the delivery of the entire Procurement Strategy. You will be our Procurement lead on all the big spend initiatives across our International business. Championing procurement and driving value from our third party spend, you’ll be Procurement lead on all the big initiatives. The value you deliver will have a huge impact on our commercial success.
The Procurement environment is already well established here, but we want you to take the function to its next level . This means you will have the opportunity to further develop our current processes, negotiate, deliver category management strategies and support our people. There is a lot to get stuck into already from day one.
Why is there Properties in the job title I hear you ask? Well, A big focus of this role will be continuing to deliver our business wide properties strategy, with the aim to improve the colleague environment and driving cost efficiencies. You have an opportunity to make a massive impact on our portfolio of properties and, in turn, how this positively effects our colleague environment in the ways in which we all work together.
You’ll be working with a variety of different businesses both in the UK and internationally, hello Europe and Asia. This means you will also have the opportunity to work with different cultures and businesses to better develop and utilise your negotiation skills in becoming a better you.
You will have full management autonomy for an already high performing team and you’ll enjoy managing and developing your colleagues. With management responsibility for a small team, you will relish the opportunity to coach and grow your colleagues into better professionals to not only support you and your objectives, but the wider objectives of the business.
