- Ensure the materials scheduling and production planning processes are effective and accurate, and they meet the customer’s outcome.
- Analyse customer forecasts for the demand variation and recovery, planning capacities and materials, generating works orders in conjunction with production cell planning, whilst ensuring the ERP and MRP systems in place are maintained and kept accurate.
- Ensure the logistic SOPs are kept up to date and communicated to all relevant departments.
- Integral to keep stock accuracy maintained and manage the stock movements.
- Liaise with all production departments to ensure adherence to schedules, make sure there are contingency plans in place and always maintain communication levels.
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork is completed accurately.
- Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers and distributors.
- Always consider the environmental impact of the supply chain to meet sustainability targets and work to ensure to keep write offs of stock to a minimum.
- Read and conform to legal documents, such as import/export agreements and liaise with suppliers to confirm scheduled production and shipment dates.
- Review and refine purchasing parameters to enhance the ordering pattern for all products ranges.
- Previous experience working in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
- Willingness to develop skillset.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.

- Monday – Friday.
- 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (37.5 hours).
