Candidate: Fabric Technician
Location: Banbury
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Between £28,000 and £34,000 subject to experience and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position based on a static site in Banbury
This fabric technician will be dealing with the sites planned and reactive maintenance in relation to plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, water testing as well as supporting the electrical maintenance engineer who will also be based in site.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial maintenance. They need to be a multi skilled building services fabric technician with a flexible working attitude. It would be an advantage if this person is holding a level 2 qualification in either plumbing, carpentry or decorating.
This is a static position, so we do not require a driving licence
Requirements
- Strong background as a Commercial Fabric Technician
- Based in a short commute to Banbury
- Holding a level 2 maintenance qualification would be preferred
- Must have experience working on commercial sites
- Very client focused
- Happy to work a Monday to Friday position
Package
- Basic salary is subject to experience and qualifications
- Monday to Friday position
- 8am until 5pm on site
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- No on call
- Static site so no company vehicle
