I am working in partnership with a Blue Chip food manufacturing business in Oxfordshire which are looking to recruit a Transport Planner to join their team.
Roles + Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage transportation needs.
- Monitor vehicle and driver performance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Optimise routes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Maintain accurate transport records and reports for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot transportation issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the wider supply chain team to align transport operations with production and inventory needs.
On Offer
- 32,000 annual Salary.
- Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days at home.
- Monday to Friday - office hours.
- Great package.
