The position is for a Packing Operative in Banbury, working a static afternoon shift from 2.15pm to 10.15pm, Monday to Friday.
The pay rate starts at £12.59 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £13.32 per hour thereafter.
Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The role involves sorting and packing products while adhering to health and safety standards and working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
Immediate starts are available, with work expected to continue until mid-November, and additional perks include a free meal on Wednesdays and access to a staff shop.

Requirements:

Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but no essential - full training will be provided
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully
Excellent communication skills
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
