Gi Group are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for a well-known toy distributor, based in Banbury, Oxford, OX16 Warehouse Operative responsibilities:* Picking and Packing orders* Visual inspection and quality checking* Loading, ensure that all loads agree with transport paperwork and are loaded to time, stacked in the correct sequence, and are configured and restrained correctly.* Working to targets and company standards* General housekeeping/cleaning of warehouse and packing areaWarehouse Operative required skills:* Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual* Happy to work in a fast paced, target driven environment* Accept the occasional irregularity of hours to achieve completion of important tasks* Driven and motivated to achieve targets set* Punctual and excellent attendance records* Experience is preferred but full training given so not absolutely necessaryWarehouse Operative Shifts:* Days - 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday to Friday* Afternoons - 3:00pm - 11:00pm - Monday to Friday* Nights - Sunday (00:00-06:30) & Monday -Thursday (23:00 - 07:00)Warehouse Operative Pay:* Day Shift - £11.44 ph* Afternoons shift - £11.44ph + £10.75 per day shift bonus anything over 4 hours * Night shift - £11.44ph + £19.69 per night shift bonus anything over 4 hours * Overtime Rate - £17.16ph if over 40 hours per week has been complete Warehouse Operative Benefits:* Free on-site parking * On-site canteen facilities * Friendly atmosphere* Achievable targets * Regular working pattern * Overtime available regularly To be considered for this role as a Warehouse Operative, please apply directly!
