This role involves working 12-hour shifts in a rotating pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on, and 3 nights off. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced machinery, ensuring seamless and efficient production processes.Key Responsibilities:" Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production levels." Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to reduce downtime." Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment." Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation." Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.Qualifications and Skills:" Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role." Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills." Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including the rotating pattern of days and nights."
