My client is a prestigious insurance brokerage seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to inherit an existing book of business worth roughly 300,000 in commission income, focusing on clients within the Energy and Construction sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships while delivering exceptional service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients within the Energy and Construction sectors.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling additional insurance products and services.
- Policy Management: Oversee the renewal and servicing of policies, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or account management, preferably within the Energy and Construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, premiums, and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to client management.
