Salary: £32,000


About Us: We are a prestigious luxury hotel recently awarded Aberdeen City & Shire Hospitality Employer of the Year, as well as 2 Michelin Keys, and rated number 1 by Conde Naste Readers Choice. We are seeking a dedicated Night Manager to join our team.
Role Overview: As Night Manager, you will ensure the safety and security of our guests and the hotel during the night. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular walkabouts, maintaining a presence at the front desk, completing the night audit, and ensuring public areas are clean and tidy. You will also provide overnight cover in the absence of the reservations team and be responsible for applying the hotel's Health and Safety Policy.


Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular walkabouts to ensure safety and security.
* Maintain a presence at the front desk throughout the night.
* Complete the night manager checklist, including running the night audit and checking guest billing.
* Ensure public areas are clean, neat, and tidy.
* Provide overnight cover for the reservations team.
* Apply the hotel's Health and Safety Policy.


Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar 5-star luxury hospitality environment.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
* Thorough understanding of Security, Health & Safety, and COSHH.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
* Experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
