Senior Accountant - Capital
- Full time, permanent (37 hours per week)

- £40,024 - £48,106 per annum

The Company:
We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years, we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high-quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.
The Role:
This role manages financial services and provides support relating to Adra’s Property directorate, which includes:
- Development of New Builds department
- Capital Investment department
- Asset management department
- Repairs and Maintenance department
- Compliance department
The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role.
