Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through talent management and succession planning.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company's culture and values.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle
  • Manage and lead on change management initiatives
  • Take the lead on all Employee Relations as well as any Tupe needs
  • Drive the annual people processes (performance review, annual salary review, bonus review, people and position review including succession planning, and employee engagement survey)
  • Independently managing and leading organisational change projects by providing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis and defining and implementing communications.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and metrics.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional with track record of handling ER cases
  • Track record of delivering results such as developing and implementing new approaches to policy and process or implementing fresh approaches to organisational problems
  • Project Management skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - able to influence and persuade others and deliver success through others
