Rural Surveyor Job in Bangor Gwynedd, our client is one of the UK's largest real estate and property consultancies in the UK, operating 34 offices nationwide. They are looking for a Chartered Surveyor with a rural background to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary of up to 30,000 - 35,000 + car allowance 4,500 + bonus.

Our client is one of leading property consultancies in the UK offering a wide range of services across building consultancy, property investment, planning, property management, estate agency and development. Established in the 1800s, they now have 33 offices nationwide and a reputation built on offering the best advice to their varied client base.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the land agency support for retained estate management clients as set out within management agreements
  • Support senior colleagues on the delivery of a wide scope of professional work including farm agency instructions, valuations, CPO/utility compensation claims and other rural professional matters
  • Secure new instructions from existing and new clients
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and developing viable fee earning opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Surveyor with work experience post qualification
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Estate Management experience
  • Rural/agricultural background would be beneficial.
