• PlananddeliverengagingandeffectivelessonsinbothWelshandEnglishacrossthesecondaryschoolcurriculum

• Createasupportiveandinclusivelearningenvironmentthatencouragesbilingualism

• Assessandmonitorstudentprogress,providingfeedbackandsupporttohelpeachstudentreachtheirfullpotential

• Collaboratewithcolleagues,parents,andcarerstoensuretheholisticdevelopmentofeachstudent

• Participateinprofessionaldevelopmentandschoolactivities

Requirements:

• QualifiedTeacherStatus(QTS)

• FluencyinbothWelshandEnglish

• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills

• Acommitmenttocontinuousimprovementandprofessionaldevelopment

• Enthusiasm,dedication,andaloveforteaching
