Key Responsibilities:
*Overseeing the daily kitchen operation, ensuring smooth
service
*Managing stock control, ordering, and checking deliveries
*Recruiting, training, and mentoring junior team members
*Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
*Innovating and maintaining high standards across menus
*Playing a key role in creating memorable dining experiences
Requirements/Desirables:
*Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
*Expertise in working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
*NVQ Level 2 in Food Production & Cooking (or equivalent)
*Level 3 Food Hygiene certification
*A passion for creating exceptional food with attention to detail
*Strong leadership and organizational skills
