Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3+)

We are now recruiting at our nursery and preschool in Banstead, Surrey!

Main responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner:

  • Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children’s needs.
  • Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
  • Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
  • Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.

The ideal candidate will;

  • Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
  • Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
  • Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare (desirable)
  • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS - Early Years Foundation Stages (desirable)
