Location: near Banstead, Surrey
Salary: 37,500
Hours: 40 hours per week

My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join their well-established care home near Banstead in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and driven individual to contribute to the high standards of care the home provides to their residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and support to a dedicated team of carers.
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care, with a focus on dementia care and managing challenging behaviour.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high standards.
Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth running of the home and provide a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and training.

Essential Requirements:
Proven experience working in a care home setting.
In-depth knowledge and experience of dementia care and managing challenging behaviour.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and how to meet and exceed them.
A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively and contribute to a positive working environment.
