About Us:We are a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering high-quality IT support and services to our diverse range of clients. As a fast-paced, customer-focused organization, we’re seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our technical team. This is an on-site role with no capacity for hybrid working, so candidates must be willing to commute to our office in Banstead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support for a range of clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Engage with clients directly, delivering excellent customer service both on-site and remotely.
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot hybrid and on-premise Exchange servers, as well as Azure Active Directory.
  • Handle networking tasks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, providing on-site support.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
  • Experience with hybrid and on-premise Exchange, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Solid networking experience, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Sophos security products.
  • Exposure to Ubiquity networking equipment.
  • Familiarity with AutoTask or similar PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position at our Banstead office.
  • Applicants must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate.
