My client are a well established IT Managed Services provider servicing clients across London and the home counties. They have a requirement for a highly skilled 3rd Line Engineer to join their dynamic team. The 3rd Line Engineer role involves advanced technical support, problem resolution, and strategic guidance to ensure their clients receive exceptional service.

As 3rd Line Engineer you will have a proven MSP background in 3rd line support and able to demonstrate solid technical knowledge across technology such as M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Datto, Sophos, Unifi, Networking. Alongside your technical skill set you will be an outstanding communicator that is driven by outstanding customer service. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certifications other relevant certifications.
