Your Key Responsibilities:
*Overseeing the setup and smooth running of all functions and events
*Managing the daily bar operation, including stock control and staffing
*Ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across all areas
*Recruiting, training, and developing a motivated front-of-house team
*Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and front of house
