Sales Consultant - Boiler Replacement Department
Location: Belper, Derby (Office-Based)
Salary: 26,000 + Bonus (up to 1,500 per month)
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Start Date: 6th May

Your Role:

As a key member of the Boiler Replacement team, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to those interacting with the department.

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets, ensuring all KPIs and deadlines are achieved.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of targeted sales experience within the past 3 years.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
