Duties
- To carry out duties to prepare materials for manufacturing, receive and wrap finished product in line with Warehouse procedures.
- Carries out and understands transactions and enquiries associated with material movement (Enquiries LOT availability, storing, Issue & returns transfer & general stock controls).
- Completes all warehouse documentation relating to grade level 0.
- Carry's out duties and work instructions from the senior operating group & grade level 1 and above, relating to your immediate work areas.
- Supports shift team in resolving non- conformances within immediate work environment.
- Maintains Quarantine materials controls in warehouse E1 location.
Main tasks
- Working to "Warehouse curriculum Grade Level 0".
- To operate Electric Hand pallet trucks following assessments.
- To carry out duties to prepare materials for manufacturing, receive and wrap finished product in line with Warehouse procedures.
- Carry out cleaning duties in line with procedures.
- Carry out and understand transactions and enquiries associated with material movement (Enquiries LOT availability, storing, Issue & returns transfer & general stock controls).
- Carry out duties and work instructions from the senior operating group & grade level 1& 2 operators.
- Complete all warehouse documentation.
- Actively support HS&E activities. (Hazard reporting).
- Manage area production waste & disposal in line with procedures.
- Maintains eLMS training responsibilities.
Skills and knowledge
- Previous warehouse experience is essential for this job.
- RTITB reach truck & counter balance truck is required
- Computer literate.
- Experience using stock management systems, i.e. Enterprise one or similar program.
- Must be available to work a Continental shift pattern 4 on 4 off.
