Key Responsibilities:
Student Support:
Provide 1:1 assistance to the designated student in lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet their needs.
Support the student with specific learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs, such as speech and language delays, autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities.
Foster the student's social, emotional, and academic development.
Encourage independence and self-confidence wherever possible.
Classroom Support:

Behavior Management:
