The Role:

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert legal advice and ensuring a seamless process from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold transactions, and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients while ensuring compliance with current property laws and regulations.
• Work closely with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Manage your caseload independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high-quality work and excellent client service.
• Ensure all transactions progress efficiently and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential property law.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
