The Role: As a Residential Property & Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of property transactions and probate matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients and ensuring smooth processes from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters.
- Advise clients on probate, wills, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning.
- Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and maintain excellent communication throughout the legal process.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Manage your caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in both residential property and probate matters.
- Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
