Connect2SocialWork are excited to be representing a new client who will be opening a brand new 3-bed home in East London. My client is looking for someone who is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be assisting in the management of the day to day operations in the home, supporting the whole team and ensuring the home operates to high standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a children's residential home
  • Good knowledge of OFSTED requirements and Children's Homes Regulations
  • Proficient in safeguarding legislation
  • Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential or equivalent - desirable, or working towards
  • Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development

SALARY:

  • Negotiable, depending on experience: £40,000
