Position: Neighbourhood and Enforcement Manager

Panoramic Associates is excited to be recruiting for B&D Reside Regeneration Ltd as they embark on a transformative journey, reshaping the way they deliver services to their residents. This is a unique opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal moment as they take over the management of 1,000 new homes in the next year, totalling up to 3,500 by 2025.

Role Overview: As Neighbourhood and Enforcement Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering a high-quality, comprehensive tenancy, neighbourhood, and enforcement service across a mixed-tenure housing portfolio. Your strategic direction and operational oversight will be crucial in driving service excellence, ensuring compliance with regulations, and continuously improving resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational delivery of tenancy management, neighbourhood services, and anti-social behaviour (ASB) services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure services comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements while promoting best practices.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring effective communication and personal development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead on financial control, budgeting, and reporting for the service area.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience in neighbourhood, tenancy, and ASB management within a housing context.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Strong knowledge of housing and ASB legislation and community safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Skilled in driving performance improvements and managing large-scale projects.
  • High IT literacy, including experience with housing management systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes.
