My client is a market leading, privately-owned Building Services contractor with a deep history, renowned for successfully delivering major Building Services projects across the country, with sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Science & Technology and more.A Mechanical Project Manager is required to deliver a commercial project located in Barking which is due to finish Feburary 2025.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of mechanical projects, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
