Are you passionate about fire safety and building compliance? Join our team as a Fire & Building Safety Surveyor! We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to oversee fire risk assessments for our properties, ensuring the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed fire and building safety surveys, contributing to a comprehensive property database.
  • Provide expert advice on property condition, identifying and resolving fire safety issues.
  • Prepare detailed specifications and feasibility studies for necessary works.
  • Liaise with fire authorities to ensure compliance and timely action on deficiencies.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, residents, and stakeholders, ensuring top-notch customer service.

Essential Skills:

  • NEBOSH fire qualification or equivalent.
  • RICS accredited degree plus a postgraduate surveying qualification.
  • Proven experience as a fire/building surveyor in a maintenance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes of practise, and the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
