We are currently seeking a skilled Trainer Coach specialising in Electrical to join our apprenticeship team at the Rush Green Campus. This role is essential for delivering high-quality training and support to our apprentices, helping them achieve their educational and professional goals.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver comprehensive training and coaching to apprentices in electrical disciplines.
  • Ensure apprentices are meeting their learning objectives and progressing in their courses.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to provide a dynamic learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess apprentices’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the apprenticeship program.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Assessor qualification at Level 3.
  • Experience in electrical training or related fields.
  • Educational experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with apprentices and motivate them towards success.
