Excellent work-life balance with a 39.5 hours per week contract, Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm, and reduced hours at weekends.We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and working hard with a can do attitude. With stores around London and Europe, our client is a giant in their industry and with exciting plans for growth and progression in 2024, this is an exciting time to be part of their business.Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Improving and maintaining high levels of customer service standards in your store.
- Maintaining company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to Health and saferty guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
What you will need to have and demonstrate:
- Energy and enthusiasm for delivering great service.
- Experience in retail/hospitality or similar industry.
- Be pro active - There can be quite times in store so it's up to you to work hard and find things to do - your progression is in your hands!
