Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their early years team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of nursery-aged children, fostering a love of learning and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 years.
  • Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Observing and assessing children's development, ensuring they meet their milestones.
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and other staff members.
  • Contributing to the planning and preparation of the indoor and outdoor learning environments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • A relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an early years setting.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
